Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DewLog ("the app"), operated by DJUMP, MB, Vilnius, Lithuania. By using the app or this website, you agree to these Terms.

01 · Use of the app

DewLog helps you track skincare products, build daily routines, and log your skin condition. You agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality.
  • Abuse the service through excessive or automated requests.
  • Share your account credentials with others.

02 · Accounts

You may create an account using email, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for the security of your account. You can delete it at any time from the in-app Settings or by writing to start@djump.io.

03 · User-entered data

Product and skin-condition data is entered by you and we do not verify its accuracy. DewLog is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a dermatologist for concerns about your skin.

04 · Free & Premium plans

DewLog offers a free tier (daily logging, 7-day history) and a Premium subscription ($3.99/month) with unlimited history, weekly photo comparison, and ingredient analysis.

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Manage or cancel from your device's subscription settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

05 · Intellectual property

DewLog and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. Your skincare data remains yours.

06 · Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Product expiry alerts are based on the data you enter and may not reflect actual product safety. We do our best, but you should still trust your nose and your dermatologist.

07 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including skin reactions from using expired products or from acting on the app's correlations.

08 · Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

09 · Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius.
